Phonic Studios on SoundBetter

Your Questions Answered

No. If the backing track is intended for live use, UK law requires the establishment to acquire a PRS licence which covers you.

If however your intended use is for distribution in any form, you must acquire the necessary licenses yourself.

Once you receive your backing track and you realise you require an edit, (i.e increasing the volume on the backing vocals or removing the lead guitar etc) we wouldn’t charge for the first edit.

Any edits after this would be £5 each.

It’s essential that you tell us your requirements when making your order.

Please use the secure payment system on our website.

We‘ll send you your backing track electronically to your preferred email address.

The majority of our backing tracks are produced using stem files (individual recorded instruments) that we already hold on file or can access from 3rd party studio’s. This enables us to keep our prices at £22 per MP3 320kbps & £39 Per HD backing track.

If however you require a backing track were stem files are not available, the track would need to be recorded by session musicians. The cost of this service is about £300 per backing track.
